An American dies in Border Patrol custody and no homicide investigation was done.

Steven Keith was an American citizen. He was stopped by Border Patrol at the I8 Checkpoint. Arrested for possession of marijuana, and 6 hours later pronounced dead at the Campo Border Patrol station. Agents claim he ingested other drugs that were not found in his possession. San Diego County Sheriff’s refused to do the investigation. Border Patrol’s illegal Critical Incident Team did the homicide investigation without any legal authority or training in homicides. They found themselves innocent.
