Immigration attorney and great friend, Mo Goldman joins me to talk about how ICE is being fed data from USCIS to target immigrants who are following the law and doing it the “right way.” Mo talks about the conflict the administration is creating - do immigrants submit legal paperwork or will trying to follow law make them targets of ICE brutality? He reminds us that this is exactly how things started in Germany during the 1930s and 40s. He knows because his grandmother survived the Holocaust.
